All instruments are made to order and hence there is a waiting list, which is typically 6 to 12 months. Customers are asked for a deposit of 10% of the instrument cost when their order is placed, with a further 25% due when work commences and the balance payable on completion. There is no VAT applicable.
Wherever possible, I prefer customers to be involved in the specification, decoration and voicing of their instrument. The latter is particularly important and would usually involve a visit or two to the workshop. |
